Business Opportunities can be made?

Hej!

Before I begin this article, I have to admit that this is just my personal opinion and we will have a seminar to discuss about this topic in our class anyway. So, feel free to comment some of your ideas both support and object.

As I said in my latest blog post, I always think that every entrepreneur cannot wait for opportunity until it floating right in front of you and gently lay down in your hands (actually it's almost impossible to do that). But we have to build it or make it by ourselves or, at least, run in to it.

This time I will give the example which prove that the opportunity can be made

Fashion's world : I think everyone already know the luxurious and very expensive fashion products called "Luis Vuitton", "Prada", "Chanel" etc... ( I don't know why but most of them always come from France). Do you see something in these kinds of products? Why most of us (especially who is a female) always would like to have one even it is sooooooooooooooooo expensive...
In my opinion, it's because what we call fashion. And where is fashion come from? Absolutely, it comes from the designer who sell this fashionable things in common.

Do we can say they are entrepreneur? Yes, exactly.

This is the most obvious example to show that the demand from customers (or business opportunity in this case) can be made by the entrepreneur. They control your perception about fashion, your way to dress, the bag you have to own and so on...

And then, at last, the conclusion is "You have to buy our products!!!"

What do you think? or you have any other examples? Please, comment and share it with me.

See ya

Hej Belle

First of all, it's 'Louis Vuitton'. You missed 'O' and 'I' letter. In my view, I think that kind of super expensive product might not come from consumer's demand since everyone would normally wants to buy good that has good quality and affordable but it's actually from the brilliant marketer who plan to put this demand into the mind of consumer who either can or cannot afford it by creating desire and temptation. I may call this marketing-centric. However, how to succeed depends on how much they understand consumer insight and behavior. In this case, concerning consumers with higher social class, they are image and quality-concerned but not price. So why not? The most interesting thing is later on they can create this desire and spread it all over consumer's head not only hi-so female but also a guy or even a girl in middle and lower class. Moreover, nowadays used classic LV bag can be sale in a good price!!
